Bots are completely separate for different chain.Each chain has independent bot and all use private nodes. There will be no interference between different chain and bot. **Free** users can create up to **100** copy-trading and manual limit order tasks. **Plus/Pro** users have a limit of **1,000**, while **Enterprise** users can create up to **10,000**. There’s **no limit** on the number of **auto take-profit/stop-loss tasks** triggered by copy-buy actions.
We don't recommend tracking too many targets in a single wallet, as this can affect the speed of your follow up. 1 on 1 is best. The current limit is 10 targets, but your needs will be further submitted to the product team.

**Why is the bot transaction fees deducted before the transaction is successful?**

DBot fees are charged by time period, summarizing all transactions within the time period. The fee deduction threshold (Ethereum is 500U(2000U for Pro and Enterprise), Solana/Base/Tron/Bsc is 10U) is the fee transfer you see, not for a single transaction, but a summary within a time period. Turbo mode operates with massive-scale concurrency combined with high-speed routing such as 0slot, prioritizing ultra-low latency and extremely fast on-chain execution. In this mode, please set your slippage carefully to avoid large deviations from expected trade outcomes. The anti-mev mode will initiate transactions through privacy nodes, and you need to pay a bribe to speed up the chain upload (but the final synchronization depends on the global node consensus, which can not be 100% guaranteed)
**If you are looking for high-frequency quantification and chain speed, and the single transaction amount is not large, it is recommended to use the turbo mode. The more nodes there are, the faster the chain speed is, and the greater the probability. * Sol is different from Evm. Sol does not have a unified mempool, so Sol will not have a mev problem fundamentally, but Sol is publicly linked like all other chains. Now Jito covers nearly 80% of the nodes. Like our monitoring, the market will also have other large orders to monitor. In a very short period of time, if the order is large and profitable, there is a probability that it will be preempted by other monitors at a very high Jito price.
`If you have a large order requirement, you can turn on the anti-pinch mode and set a Sol Jito fee. It is recommended that the amount be appropriately increased based on your own experience。`

The situation on the chain is complicated. It is recommended to set the slippage reasonably according to your personal needs, the style of the smart wallet (the popularity of the token), and other factors. **It is not recommended to set too high slippage for large-amount purchases. It is recommended to use the Anti-MEV mode for large-amount and high-slippage transactions.**

## Why can't I sell my EVM tokens? What is Pixiu/honeypot/closed source/conditional restrictions on selling tokens?

On EVM, taking the ERC20 standard as an example, TOKEN only provides an abstract definition standard for each token contract, but in fact the specific implementation of each token contract is implemented by the developer of the token contract. For the contract developer, it is completely possible to implement the token sale control code at will without violating the token standard.
Therefore, on the EVM, smart contract scanning and anti-fraud have always been an infinite proposition, but given that the EVM has not made any actual progress in token security standards, it is impossible to 100% eliminate tokens that are conditionally restricted in code sales in the current EVM DEX trading market. Take the following case as an example:

This is why many contract fraud tokens cannot be sold when the price is good on the K-line chart, even if all the fee configurations are good, especially for closed-source token contracts, where even the code itself cannot be viewed.
However, even for open source token contracts, there are a large number of new token contracts every day, and professional smart contract engineers cannot check them all. **Current smart contract security service providers can only use AI to assist in marking, but cannot achieve 100% filtering, which is also a major pain point in the current EVM contract ecosystem.**

## Why did the Solana transaction fail?

## Why is the Solana network congested?

**On-chain transactions require a “majority” of nodes to reach consensus to complete state synchronization.**

* The priority fee may vary depending on the congestion on the chain and the popularity of the token. **The DBot automatic priority fee is currently a relatively gas-saving solution. # Case Explanation
## Case 1: No record of SOL copy trading
***
**Problem Description:** A DBot user's copy trading task is started normally, but there is no copy trading record. Provide the copy trading wallet address for checking.
**DBot Feedback:** The user wrote the wrong copy address. The transaction signer should be written. The user wrote an internal transaction address. The transaction initiator and the account to which the actual token belongs are not the same account; and the smart wallet is a special wallet that completes both buying and selling transactions in the same block, generally an arbitrage wallet, and copying is generally not recommended.
## Case 2: No record of ETH copy trading
***
**Problem Description:** A DBot user reported that this order did not trigger copy trading, and there was no copy trading record. The copy trading wallet purchase transaction was provided for checking.
**DBot Feedback:** DBot engineers checked the etherscan transaction details logs and found that the transaction contained two swaps, so it did not trigger copy trading. Currently, cross-pool transactions, multiple swaps in the same transaction, bundled transactions, and unsupported trading pairs (such as USDC) will not trigger copy trading for the time being.
## Tips for copying orders without records
***
Currently, the TG side has not pushed **the failed copying buy order**. Please check whether there is a copying record in **Copy-Record of DBot-Dashboard.**
If the copy order fails, the specific reason will be displayed.
If other reasons are displayed, please click the question mark, and the prompt after the error is the specific reason. Generally, it is due to slippage or insufficient priority fee.
If it shows that the transaction on the chain failed, please go to the corresponding blockchain browser to check the specific reason.
If there is a copy order record, please adjust your copy order strategy settings according to the failure feedback;
If there is no copy order record, please first check whether the wallet address is filled in correctly and check the status of the target transaction. Currently, cross-pool transactions, multiple swaps of the same transaction, bundled transactions, and unsupported transaction pairs (such as USDC) will not trigger copy orders for the time being.
* The transaction type as below is **a bundled transaction**, which will not trigger copy trading for now.

## Case 3: DBot transaction fee

**Problem Description:** After a DBot user used the TG bot to fast buy and sell three tokens, a fee was suddenly deducted. Provide the wallet address for checking.
**DBot Feedback:** After checking on the chain, it was found that the fee was the DBot fee. The DBot fee is charged by time period, summarizing all transactions within the time period. Therefore, the fee transfer that the user sees is not for a single transaction, but a summary within a time period. DBot only charges fees for successful transactions, and the specific details can be checked on the bill page.
## Case 4: No record of Pump copy trading
***
**Problem Description:** A DBot user reported that the Pump copy order was not triggered, and there was no copy order record (it was verified that it was not a multi-signature wallet or other situations). This situation occurred many times after the internal market copy order was successful. After the liquidity was transferred to RAY after it was full, the copy trading was not sold again when the market fulled. Provide transaction details for checking.
**DBot Feedback:** When setting the copy trading task, the user only checked the copy trading Pump, so after the liquidity is full, the follow trading will not be carried out. Please note that in the DEX column, select DEX to check according to your personal trading needs.

## **Case 5: Take profit and stop loss have no response**

**Problem Description:** A DBot user reported that he set up the stop-profit and stop-loss tasks, but there was no response.
**DBot Feedback:** The take-profit and stop-loss tasks do not respond. Please check the specific situation in the TP/SL tasks:

**Completed:** means that the take-profit/stop-loss has been triggered and the transaction is successful;
**Expired:** means that the take-profit/stop-loss has been triggered but the transaction failed, and the reason for the failure can be viewed in the specific transaction;
I**n Progress:** means that the take-profit/stop-loss conditions you set have not been triggered yet.

The TP/SL tasks will only be triggered when the set price is reached. All TP/SL transaction failures will be prompted with reasons, and configuration adjustments can be made based on the reasons. If all existing TP/SL tasks are triggered and expired, there will be no TP/SL tasks at this time, and you needs to reset the tasks.

## **Case 6: Unpaid transaction fees**

**Problem Description:** A DBot user received an error message when trading: **You have unpaid fees on solana chain**
**DBot Feedback:** This is an unpaid transcaction fee, which means that the wallet balance is not enough to pay the handling fee. You can check and pay it in the Dashboard-Billing-Transaction Fees. If the account is created directly by TG, please select TG login when logging in to the webpage.
**How to pay : please log in to the official website with your mobile phone or computer, and pay the fees on the bill page on the left side of the Dashboard.**
Also, you can set Default Trading Fee Wallet Trading fees for each chain. It will be deducted from the wallet set up for that chain, or the highest balance wallet if it is not set up or has an insufficient balance.
## **Case 7: The transaction shows "Pending"**

**Problem Description:** A DBot user reported that the transaction list always shows "PENDING" and set a 0.01 sol priority fee and 20% slippage.
**DBot Feedback:** The display "Pending" means that it is waiting for the transaction result feedback on the chain. Please refresh it later to check.
This is caused by congestion and lag on the chain. DBot will show "Pending" when waiting for the final feedback of the chain result. If you are in a hurry to trade, you can go to the blockchain browser to check the result feedback and then buy or sell manually. It is also recommended to increase the priority fee and slippage to increase the success rate.
## **Case 8: Anti-MEV mode error : Insufficient priority fee**

**Problem Description:** A user uses DBot Anti-MEV mode, with a priority fee of 0.05sol and a slippage of 17.8%. It frequently reports an error message when copy trading: Insufficient priority fee. Please provide transaction details for checking.
**DBot Feedback:** The tokens purchased by this user's copy address are all PVPs that are fully loaded on the external market within a short time interval. This situation has a very high requirement for slippage. In the DBot Anti-MEV mode, Jito's feedback of failure results occasionally reports insufficient slippage and errors as insufficient priority fees. It is recommended to increase the slippage appropriately to improve the success rate.
# Safety Tips
As the DEX trading market is rising, please pay attention to safety while trading:

* The DBot admins never DM you first, never ask for private keys / API-Key or other private information. When the DBot admins asks you to DM, please confirm the admins identity in the DBot official group;

* It is not recommended to use the purchased Telegram account for trading and storing private keys, etc.;

Basic settings and buy settings are required, sell settings are enabled by default, if you don't need to sell, turn off the corresponding switch.

**My Wallet:** The address of the wallet to be used for sniping tokens. [Parallel accounts](/dex-trading-bot/parallel-account) setting supported, enable to improve trading speed and success rate.

### **2. Buy / Sell Settings**

**Buy Amount:** Amount of ETH/SOL/BNB used to buy the token
**Turbo Mode:** Turbo mode operates with massive-scale concurrency combined with high-speed routing such as 0slot, prioritizing ultra-low latency and extremely fast on-chain execution. In this mode, please set your slippage carefully to avoid large deviations from expected trade outcomes
The priority fee will be auto split into multiple optimal transaction routing channels in turbo mode, when auto fees or priority fee + bribery tip >= 0.0002, the 0slot channel will be used
`*`**`Bribery Tip`**`Addiotional bribery tip to be set so that the validator can process your transcation as soon as possible.`
**Anti-MEV:** Anti-MEV will initate transactions through privacy nodes, requiring a brebery tip to be paid to speed up (but final sync relies on global node consensus, which cannot be 100% guaranteed)
**Priority Fee:** Used to incentivize miners to prioritize your transactions, the higher the priority fee the faster the transaction is processed
**Slippage Tolerance**: The difference between the actual price and the desired price, the difference multiplier = 1/(1-slippage), 50% means a maximum of 2 times the accepted spread, 100% means unlimited spreads
`*Your transaction may be frontrun and result in an unfavorable trade`
`*The max slippage for Pump & Moonshot is 50% by default, which can be lifted in "Settings - General"`

* **Customized priority fee and bribery tip for Solana's transactions supported**
When checked, you can customize the priority fee and bribery tip for turbo mode / anti-MEV, otherwise it will be auto assigned by the system. **(In Turbo Mode, if you don’t customize settings: When priority fee > 0.0002, gas fee defaults to 0.00005 and the rest goes to 0slot)**

**Gas Delta (Gwei):** The amount of gas you are willing to pay over the blockchain average, assuming 5 is filled in and the current blockchain average gas is 20, the gas for the transaction will be set to 25 Gwei
**Max Gas (Gwei):** Max gas you are willing to pay, beyond which the transaction will not take place

**Min Liquidity:** After a trading pair of sniped token goes live, if the liquidity is less than this value, the token will not be bought
**Retry Count:** Retry count after task failure, 0 means no retry
**Concurrent Node:** Nodes to which the task is sent at the same time

**Take Profit:** After the token is bought, it will be sold automatically if it rises more than this percentage within the valid time of the task. If a token is bought at $1 and the take profit price is set to 100%, it will be sold at $2
**Stop Loss:** After the token is bought, it will be sold automatically if it goes down more than this percentage within the valid time of the task. If a token is bought at $1 and the stop loss price is set at 60%, it will be sold at $0.4
**Auto Sell:** If the token does not reach the take profit or stop loss price, it will be sold automatically at the price at the end of the task
**Anti Spike ( TP/SL ) :** When enabled, use the 1-second mid-price as trigger price with Anti-Spike Mechanism (not 100% guaranteed)

Auto sniper task is enabled after saving, and can be manually modified to close.

Click Copy Trading - TP/SL, and the created TP/SLtasks can be viewed and managed in the list, supporting batch operations

Checking All means copying all DEXs, including those added later. If you do not want to copy a certain DEX, just uncheck it.

# Sol Bribery
Solana supports the Bribery Tip function. The Bribery Tip function is very important for users who pursue extreme speed. The chain-up rate is very high and you can jump the queue (depending on the bribery).

If priority fee is below 0.0002, 0slot won't be activated, will still use Jito. In Anti-MEV mode, Jito is still used as the default.
DBot auto priority fee/auto Jito fee is currently a relatively gas-saving solution. It is recommended to use custom priority/Jito fee settings during congestion periods.

# Parallel Account
Parallel accounts can improve trading speed and success rate
#### What is Parallel Account?
Parallel Account executes trades using a **Nonce-based mechanism**, allowing you to submit the same transaction to multiple RPC providers at once.\
As soon as one provider successfully sends the transaction on-chain, the others automatically fail — ensuring you don’t waste priority fees.\
*This feature is Solana-only. We recommend creating a sniping account for faster and more reliable trading.*

* **Faster Execution**: Always routes through the fastest RPC provider available.
* **Higher Stability**: Sends to multiple providers simultaneously, reducing the risk of failed transactions.

1. A sniping account is a **special Solana account** that requires rent (usually less than **0.002 SOL**). If you no longer need it, you can close the account and reclaim the rent.
2. Sniping accounts **cannot process concurrent transactions** — only one trade can be handled at a time.

`*On Solana, trading pairs are generally structured with SOL as the quote currency (including those auto migrated from Pump). For example: TRUMP/SOL. However, manually created liquidity pools on PumpSwap are reverse pairs, such as SOL/TRUMP, where TRUMP acts as the quote currency. These pairs are usually higher risk, so trading has been disabled by default. Enabling this switch allows trading in such pairs`
* **Unlimited Moonshot Slippage:** Max slippage has been limited to 50% for all Moonshot transactions
`*The transaction of Moonshot is to fix the amount of token bought and adjust the amount of SOL consumed, the actual SOL consumed is capped at: SOL filled in / (1-slippage), if 1 SOL is filled in and the slippage is 20%, the cap will be 1/(1-0.2)=1.25 SOL`
`*To ensure the safety of user's funds, we have limited the max slippage of Moonshot related transactions (including copy trading, limit order, fast buy / sell, TP / SL, opening sell, etc.) to 50%, when this option is enabled, the max slippage will be limited to 99% for Moonshot`

**● Max/Min Token Age:** only tokens with age in this range will be copied buy (judged based on token creation time, not trade pair creation time)
**● Min LP Burnt:** the burned portion of the liquidity pool cannot be removed by the liquidity provider, e.g. if you set 50%, only tokens with a burned portion of the liquidity pool greater than or equal to 50% will be bought, Raydium(AMM) and Raydium(CPMM) supported, if you don't understand this option, just keep it to 0 (The on-chain data is highly volatile, and this feature is only used as an auxiliary)
**● Top 10 Max Holdings:** Only buy tokens with top 10 holdings less than this value
**● Total Buy Times (Per Token):** when the total buy times of a token in the current task (within 7 days) is greater than this value, the token will not be bought again
**● Total Buy Amount (Per Token):** when the total buy amount of a token in the current task (within 7 days) is greater than this value, the token will not be bought again
**● Skip Added Tokens:** skip tokens held by smart money when enabled
**● Skip Freezable:** freezable token won't be bought when enabled
**● Skip Mintable:** mintable token won't be bought when enabled
**● Skip Delegated:** delegated tokens have permission to be able to control all accounts of this token, allowing them to burn or transfer your tokens, no such tokens will be bought when enabled
**● Only Buy Once:** buy the same token only once when enabled
**● Buy Holding Token:** whether or not to keep buying when a following wallet buys tokens you already hold
**● Max/Min Copy Sell Range:** only copy sell tokens with smart money's sell income within this range Note: the above filtering functions are realized through smart contract analysis and can only be judged based on the state of the transaction, and will be filtered as much as possible but not 100% guaranteed
**● Effective Time:** Copy buy is only executed every day within this timeframe

When some token's price up > X% sell the token
**Auto Stop Loss:** Changes to the stop loss ratio will only take effect for subsequent tokens bought
When some token's price down > X% sell the token
**Trailing Stop:** If the retrace is set to 20% and sell 100%, and the buy price is $100, before the task expires, if the price drops 20% to $80 after buying, the task will be triggered; if the price rises to $150, drops 10% to $135 and then continues to rise, the task will not be triggered; if the price rises to $200, and then drops 20% to $160, the task will be triggered(Trailing stop tasks created during the internal market phase (e.g. Pump) will be invalid when the internal market is completed, and will not be auto migrated to the external market to execute at this time)
**Activation Price:** The trailing stop task will only be activated after the price increases beyond the specified value. For example, if the buy price is 100 and the activation price is set to 10%, it will only be activated when the price reaches 110. If the price rises to 105 and then falls, it will not be activated (If no activation price is set, the task activates immediately upon creation)
**TP/SL Expiry Hours:** TP/SL Expiry Time. Default 120 hours. Max 240 hours
**Anti Spike ( TP/SL ) :** When enabled, use the 1-second mid-price as trigger price with Anti-Spike Mechanism (not 100% guaranteed)
**Auto sell When TP/SL task expires:** When checked, if the take profit/stop loss task is not triggered during the validity period, it will be auto executed when the task is expired
#### **Auto Take Profit / Stop Loss Mode Description**
* Auto take profit / stop loss can be enabled at the same time or only one, and the modification will not affect the tasks already created
* In case of tokens bought from Moonshot, the created take profit / stop loss tasks will be invalidated when the current token creates a liquidity pool on Raydium
* If a token sets limit orders, auto take profit / stop loss for fast buy / sell, and auto take profit / stop loss for copy trading at the same time, the system will execute them in the order in which they are triggered
